The Elf Update… Again

So last update inadvertently removed elves and reindeer from the game. This makes changes to level layouts and introduces the extra mobs back in after a few rooms (giving some difficulty curve).

It’s a small change but this will definitely, probably, be the last update until December 2022. So I’ll see ya then!
