The brutal update

Feature update adding a bit of actual difficulty into the game. It has some performance issues sometimes but it needs a rework of the weapon system to fix so definitely a 0.7.2 fix.

• Added a (crappily drawn) elf enemy into the game with a burst bullet pattern
• Improved level generation (it won’t be seen really yet but lays groundwork)
• Sprinting added! (forgot to mention control on the home screen)
• Fixed a loading screen bug
